48 hours after the elections for employee delegates, the provisional results are positive! The current participation rate already amounts to 85%.
As of 12 March 2024, 4,221 potentially eligible companies with at least 15 employees employed between 1 February 2023 and 31 January 2024 had been asked to appoint their employee delegates.
Thanks to digitalisation, the first election results were published on the ITM website between 12 and 13 March 2024 at one minute past midnight!
The election results are available at three levels:
- Companies total at national level (majority and proportional system);
- Companies total by economic sector (majority and proportional system);
- Total per company.
The data on the site is continually updated, thanks to the transmission of results registered by companies on the electronic platform www.myguichet.lu.
3,426 companies used the electronic platform to list their candidates.
2,911 companies have used the electronic platform to report their results (last update: 14.03.2024 at 10:30 a.m.):
- Elections by majority: 897
- Automatic majority elections: 1,436
- Proportional elections: 390
- Automatic proportional elections: 188
The ITM will check the individual files of the 226 companies that have not yet completed the electoral procedures, i.e. the declaration of results.
The ITM will also be examining the files of the 493 companies that have not proceeded with the elections.
